Standard is for coaches focused on one player — you get AI tactical insights after every match, full head-to-head historical analysis, and match summary PDFs. Pro extends this to up to 10 players with AI insights after every game (not just every match), AI-powered historical head-to-head analysis, advanced heatmap filters across history, and comprehensive PDF exports including per-game reports, historical summaries, and multi-player reports.

On Pro you get up to 10 player profiles, each with its own colour preset (Court Teal, Royal Blue, Forest Green, Plum Purple, Burnt Orange, Slate, Ruby, Amber, or Pink). Tap the ▾ Switch button in Match Settings to change the active player — the colour-coding follows through to pins, rally logs, and stats, so multi-player sessions stay instantly readable. Each player has their own separate match history, heatmaps, and AI insights. On Club, every coach at the club is covered by one licence, with unlimited player profiles and unlimited saved matches each. Each coach keeps their own player roster and match history. Data stored locally on your device is never affected by a plan change — it stays on your device and you keep full access to it. Cancelling returns you to the Free plan: cloud sync stops, and your synced matches remain in your account rather than being deleted, so nothing is lost if you come back. If you want them removed, delete your account or email us and we'll erase them within 30 days. You can export everything to a file at any time, on any plan.

Yes, fully. Core tracking works offline on every plan — rally logging, heatmaps, coaching tips and match history. You don't have to install it first: visiting the app once caches it. Installing it from Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android) gives you a full-screen icon on your home screen, which is the nicer way to use it courtside. PDF export is the one thing that needs a connection the first time, as it pulls in a library. Cloud sync and AI Tactical Insights require an internet connection, but you can track a complete match on court with no signal at all.

Club is a contracted annual arrangement. We build a fully branded edition of the app — your logo, colours, and name throughout, including your logo embossed on the court surface.
